Unplex will reject attempts to create multiple accounts for the same individual. ### 3.2 Account Security Responsibilities You are responsible for securing and controlling all IDs, passwords, or other credentials to access your Unplex account and Services. Utilizing Our Services ### 4.1 Initiating Money Transfers To send money, you must use the ACH pull direct debit by linking your bank account via Plaid. By opting to transfer funds using this method, you affirm the accuracy of these details. ### 4.2 International Money Transfers Our services include sending money to another country by converting local currency to a destination currency. International Money Transfer requests can be categorized as follows: - A fixed US dollar amount - A fixed foreign currency amount ### 4.3 Tax Responsibilities You are responsible for understanding and fulfilling tax obligations associated with transactions made or received through Unplex. ## 5. Cancellation of Transfers You may cancel your transfer request through WhatsApp for a full refund until: - We await the recipient's bank account details - Within 30 minutes of payment After 30 minutes, refunds are generally not issued unless under exceptional circumstances. ## 6.
